Have only just noticed a comment left by Jane after the first post this year: "We have one of those grafted apple trees. It's been, like, eight years? Nine? and it's produced in all a handful of one kind of apple. Almost all of which have been eaten by squirrels JUST before we were ready to pick them. So... good luck..." (Sorry, Jane.)
Okay, I can now treat apple blossom as a present for the bees and stop worrying about the law of gravity. (Inertia always suited me better anyway.)
